Shipping Options: We ship USPS 2-3 day Priority on most items. Any orders containing Fragrance or Cologne will be shipped FedEx ground or FedEx Home Delivery. Fragrance/Cologne can be shipped in the USA and Canada only. In stock items ship normally ship within 1 to 3 days, out of stock items normally ship within 7 - 10 days. If your order contains an out of stock item, we will ship your complete order when we receive the out of stock item.

Exchange Options: We will be glad to exchange defective items within 15 days from date of sale. Items returned must be sent back prepaid insured, with the original product packaging in resalable condition. Please contact us for a Return Material Authorization number (RMA). All sales are final.

State Sales Tax: We are required to charge Pennsylvania residents sales tax at checkout.

Money Back Guarantee - We want you to be extremely pleased with the item you have purchased...period. Our guarantee is simple, if you do not agree with our statement of "quality and workmanship to be anything less than absolutely gorgeous" we will happily refund the purchase amount of the item. Items returned must be sent back prepaid insured, with the original product packaging and in resalable condition. Please contact us within 5 days of reciept of item for a Return Material Authorization number (RMA). The purchase amount refund will be applied after we receive the returned item. The Money Back Guarantee only applies to items or products that state in the description to be covered by the money back guarantee other wise the exchange option policy applies.
